We propose manual upgrades from a regular OS because it might be:

  - Faster to do download (eg. Torrent)
  - Less intrusive
  - Possible to do proactively

And get rid of the 'dave_2' file names.

It won't have a "Skip download" and "Skip verification" because people
arrived on this page after clicking "Download only".

So "3. Continue installing" will be empty at first. But I still made it
point to the full installation scenario once the verification is done.
That was easier than removing "3. " and might be useful for some people
who might have landed here partly by mistake.

Website: explicitly add sort="age" to all inline directives I can easily & mechanically patch (refs: #12053).

A serious performance regression was brought by ikiwiki 3.20150614. One of the
few changes introduced in that release was to change the default sorting, for
inline directives, from "age" to "age title". Presumably the latter is
substantially slower, possibly since it has to process the *content* of all
included pages in order to retrieve their title, which may mean that a subset of
pages are processed more than once.

Let's keep the full version in the Git checkout for some times, just in
case it might be useful to use in some circumstances (for debugging for
example).

This might format PO files in a nicer way for translators.

At the moment we are not considering having a replacement of the
/download page, so since we are renaming this file anyway let's move it
where it belongs: next to the other steps.

PageSpec behave weirdly with page names with numerous '.', translatable
pages ($page.*) are fine but not translatable inlines ($page.inline.*).
