This change doesn't imply any regression, compared to the current state
of things, given we've already somewhat given up on this in practices
for a long time (the work required to maintain the corresponding OpenPGP
keyring was too much compared to the perceived advantage).

The new version decreases the size of the seed text box (the old image
expects a larger one), and it is not focused by default. Furthermore,
there seems to be a race between the where Sikuli could detect the old
text box after clicking next, so let's properly wait for the
verification window.

Mirror operators using Puppet need to do that too.

Bug #11195 was not fixed -- I added it by mistake when reading the log
of the onioncircuits Git repo, where the commit says "Will-fix:

No commit message

Qubes is not live but neither is Subgraph OS.
