and bumps the "debian" APT snapshot to a version that includes
the Buster 10.3 point release.

Apparently I forgot to bump the expiration date for the APT snapshot I've bumped
the #17202 branch to in commit 69643091 :/

Bump snapshot of the Debian archive to 2019111602: Buster 10.2 point-release, upgrade Linux to 5.3.9-2 (refs: #17202, #17021)

It brings firmware-nonfree 20190717-1 which fixes
https://bugs.debian.org/928631.

The current snapshots are actually at 2019080701 but I have seen FTBFS
on Jenkins (compile error for virtualbox-guest) and a different one
locally (Tor Browser AppArmor profile patch doesn't apply) so I'll
pick the most recent snapshots I successfully built to avoid having to
delay the release further.

attacks that just were made public. These are present in 4.19.37-2.

Bump the "debian" APT snapshot to a version that has Stretch 9.9 and stop using stretch-proposed-updates (refs: #16670).

This reverts commit 37802dee.

Stretch 9.9 is out ⇒ we don't need p-u anymore :)

It's the first snapshot that has Linux 4.19.28-2, which fixes
the https://bugs.debian.org/924545 regression.

The 2019022601 snapshot has expired and was garbage-collected.

Bump the APT snapshot serial in the vagrant builder for "debian{,-security}" and "debian" for Tails itself to ensure we pick up apt 1.4.9 for CVE-2019-3462. (refs: #16386)
