We moved to Redmine 3 years ago and this page is not pointed to
anymore. The very few people landing there are better off checking
Redmine directly. We also provide links to our roadmap in every release
notes.

We'll do weird stuff in there and .html will make nicer PO files.

As a consequence /news needs to be changed to HTML as it's inlined by
/home for the time being.

It's also probably reasonable to suppose that possible future pages
under about/* will also be translatable.

- The translation window is quite short and translators are already busy
  with updating the rest of the website.
- People will have a hard time sending useful test reports if they don't
  understand English.
- These pages have been historically very little translated.

These pages are blobs of titles and links pointing to external pages in
different languages, so it doesn't make much sense to translate them.

  - They are meant primarily for contributors (so in English)
  - They are barely translated
  - We want to speed up the build of the website

I'm using report_2* (with a "_2*") to still allow translating posts like
report_from_something). We already have news/report_end_of_2014 which
shouldn't be translated if following strictly the rationale behind #11135,
but it's no big deal to have it translatable either.

This will prevent translations to break on every release.

It was a great *idea*. But implementing it was *not* a great idea in the end,
given ikiwiki's shortcoming (#6907).
