It's more complicated than that...

Users should test:

- in Debian stable, to know if the problem is specific to
  Tails
- in Debian testing, to know if the problem has been
  fixed in Debian testing already

Plus, there's no stable link for Debian stable.

All-in-all, it seems very harsh to expect users to do all this work by
putting this in our documentation.

We should instead rely on our help desk to guide them through the
process.
