This will be useful as we'll reuse the same inlines on
/doc/first_steps/bug_reporting/tails_does_not_start at some point.

We need a selector for /install/dvd only and one for /install/mac-dvd
only.  Since no other scenario than mac-dvd rely on DVD we can make them
completely separate.

Now that we wrote a common scenario for DVDs and VMs, we only have one
specific scenario for these operating systems, so we can simplify the
CSS tricks a bit.

They are usually short, and this should make them easier to translate.

For Debian it happens after the first restart.

We provide more precise instructions and troubleshooting when restart
for the first time, independently of whether it's a temporary Tails (for
Windows, Linux, and Mac) or a final Tails (for Debian).

If people managed to restart on the other Tails in the first step, then
let's assume that this was from a full-feature Tails and then the cloned
Tails would be as successful in starting.

This depicts what happens *after* shutting down the computer.

People keep using the temporary Tails if restarting on the final
doesn't work.

Restarting this second time might be problematic as well, and
differently than the previous one (see 9bcda2d5). So we can't take for
granted that the final Tails will work before we restarted on it.

Some computers start successfully on the temporary Tails but fail to
start on the final Tails.

  - Say "new" instead of "second"
  - Say "other" instead of "temporary"
  - Don't say "final"
