Rjb::throw doesn't seem to block Ruby's execution until the Java
exception has been received by Ruby, so strange things can happen.

The commit message that modified that case last wasn't particularly
good, but this comment should make the situation clearer.

This makes timestamps and timezone info easier to read.

Like 'i2prouter', this script is also never used in Tails.

/usr/bin/i2prouter is not used in Tails so we replace it with a stub
script. dpkg-divert will ensure that our custom script isn't
overwritten if a user upgrades the I2P packages manually.

Otherwise --help will try to run those quote things as commands in the
shell. Oops!

That is, only use known good (vs. unix) characters when converting the
scenario name to a filename.

If we do it before (which would happen if sikuli_helper.rb is loaded
by Ruby before hooks.rb) it may not be present or may contain stuff
from a previous run that doesn't belong to this run.

So any missing parent directories are created too.

So the dependency can be satisfied on Debian Sid too, for instance.

It should be obvious from the Exception message that the check we did
was the exact opposite of what we wanted.
