Merge branch 'kibi/bugfix/15791-update-test-suite-for-thunderbird-60' into testing (Fix-committed: #15791).

Let's work around timing glitches by waiting a full second between
sending two shortcuts, so that the menu has a chance to pop up.

That's needed for our USB image project.

Currently we use only 13G out of the 30G our mirrors are supposed to have
so we can afford it.

I.e. prepare everything that shall be merged into master (when publishing the
release) in a dedicated branch. The only difference is that for RCs,
that branch is forked off master, while for final releases, it's forked from the
release tag.

The platform part is not spoofed anymore:
