    homepage of the browser, it's ok not to put that much emphasis on this.

This helps to get a correct order for news pages when the wiki is built away
from Git.

This will allow us to publish calls for testing without filling too much
inboxes.

In order to have a news sent to the mailing-list, the 'announce' tag now needs
to be added to the page. Otherwise, they will only appear on the website.
