wiki/src/install/expert/usb.mdwn: use oflag=direct instead of sync

Supply the arguments 'oflag=direct' to dd instead of forcing a system
wide sync. Direct I/O bypasses the cache and writes directly to the
device.

While at it, also pass 'status=progress' for visual enhancement.
