Adapt persistence documentation to installation assistant

  - Deduplicate the creation part. It's relatively straight-forward so
    the few people that might need additional guidance could go back to
    the installation assistant.
  - Some content could be factorize between /doc/first_steps/persistence
    and the installation assistant but this would introduce more
    inlines.
