    Fix version number in dummy changelog entry. · 6a2096e5

    We're on devel, and next *major* release will be 1.9 (or 2.0 BTW),
not 1.8 which is the next point-release.

(I'm still not used to the new versioning scheme that makes
point-releases and major ones harder to distinguish, apparently.)
