Enabling driverless printing with ipp-usb pulled cups-browsed,
which itself depends on avahi-daemon. But it works just fine
without avahi-daemon running, so let's not run a piece of software
that cannot work with our current firewall configuration
(which logs quite noisily) and that has security implications.
