The former takes 80+ seconds to respond sometimes (it's warying wildly, usually it only takes 3 secs so it's a bit weird). The later is the lightest webpage amongst the one tested, is pretty reliable and has five mirrors in its round-robin DNS (=> more reliability, a very little less obvious fingerprint). From what we know abouts its admins, it fits pretty well into the "neutral" category we use to build our servers pool used for HTP.
