Weblate doesn't update the slug after a page is moved

For example, `doc/first_steps/persistence/` was moved to somewhere in `doc/persistent_storage/` but the Weblate component still uses the old slug: https://translate.tails.boum.org/projects/tails/wikisrcdocfirst_stepspersistencepo/#information
