Propose an ikiwiki configuration for staging.tails.boum.org

  • It shouldn’t allow online editing (as a beginning).
  • It should be protected behind a dummy password (likely using htaccess, maybe using ikiwiki configuration) to prevent people for believe this is the genuine website.
