Redirect all the links to tails.boum.org/blueprint to blueprints.tails.boum.org

  • Repair ikiwiki links using a new ikiwiki shortcut.
  • Propose rewrite rules to redirect old URLs to the new ones.

Something like ^/blueprint/(.*)$ https://blueprint.tails.boum.org/$1
