Rename website log files to use the new domain

Our website was migrated to tails.net (#17985 (closed)) but to avoid disruption in the monthly stats and fundraising feedback I chose to not change the log file name.

To-do

Move the log dir to tails.net and create a link to tails.boum.org
Change the log file path in the fundraising feedback script
Change the log file path in the monthly stats script
Change the log file path in Nginx
Remove the now-unneeded link
Remove the old cron entry for the monthly stats script
