Weblate lacks the 5.8 release notes for languages not enabled on our website

It seems the machinery that creates PO files in Git for languages not enabled on our website did not work: wiki/src/news/version_5.8.* only has the languages enabled on our website.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
