Perform initial configuration of tails.net

Add a new tails.net zone to Tails' DNS authoritative server
Configure a tails.net A record to resolve to Lizard's IP.
Configure the webserver to redirect tails.net to tails.boum.org
Configure Tails' DNS servers as authoritative for the new domain
Wait until domain is transferred to the new registrar
Enable DNSSEC
Set sensible CAA, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
Enable TLS for tails.net
