Perform initial configuration of tails.net

  • Add a new tails.net zone to Tails' DNS authoritative server
  • Configure a tails.net A record to resolve to Lizard's IP.
  • Configure the webserver to redirect tails.net to tails.boum.org
  • Configure Tails' DNS servers as authoritative for the new domain
  • Wait until domain is transferred to the new registrar
  • Enable DNSSEC
  • Set sensible CAA, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
  • Enable TLS for tails.net
