[weblate config]consider removing check 'new lines count' because its results are not useful for us.

Since a while there is a check called: new lines count.

This checks that the total number of lines in a string are the same on the translation.

This test is not useful for us.

We use the one about trailing new lines, but this one is about the total of lines.
