New weblate component for Tails 4.11 release news is not created

The page https://tails.boum.org/news/version_4.11/index.en.html ( wiki/src/news/version_4.11.mdwn in the repo) is not available for translation in weblate.

I am not sure why, my suspicion is that the problem is that the component will have the same name than the 4.1.1 release ( https://translate.tails.boum.org/projects/tails/wikisrcnewsversion_411po/ )

There is not a total lack of communication between the repo and weblate, as there have been updates from weblate to Tails, and also new strings were added to already existing components. I have not been able to find the creation of other new components.

But the release notes of Tails 4.11 are not available in weblate yet.
