Redirect /donate/canceled/submit to /donate/canceled/feedback

That's part of the DIY feedback mechanism for tails#14974 (closed).

Ideally this week so I can test my work on tails#14974 (closed) while I'm doing it.

Otherwise before the launch of the donation campaign in week 42-43.
