[Weblate] Get rid of alert about outdated repo (Weblate 3.11)

With Weblate 3.11 it is possible to disable the outdated repo alert:

we want AUTO_UPDATE = None

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
