Refresh the Weblate staging website more often

  • find out how we could do it
  • if it would be possible to do it only for one file in one language

currently, the build with all languages enabled takes about 25 minutes, so it’s much too long to ask for a rebuild of the entire wiki.

This goes hand in hand with tails#15080 (closed): either we do both or we do none of them.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
