Add "Translation Platform" as "Affected tool" to Redmine

Hey!

I think it might be useful to have this category, but I seem unable to create this myself in Redmine’s settings.

If you agree, and have some minutes at some point, it would be nice if you could create this.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
