Exposing exposes the SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH variable when running scripts inside the chroot, otherwise the chroot operation resets the environment (Closes: #833118).

This is needed to generate reproducible images when using the S_D_E
patchset for libisofs and libisoburn.

Setting xorriso's "modification time" to SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH as a first step for reproducible ISO images (Closes: #832689).

Use xorriso instead of genisoimage, by backporting (most of) lb_binary_iso from live-build 5.x at commit 3c303e7f.

Note that we don't import the latest version, that introduces more
changes we won't focus on right now (multi-bootloaders and EFI support).

Adding LD_PRELOAD and FAKETIME to the list of variables passed through to commands run with Chroot().

Truncating udev persistent net rules in remove-udev-persistent-rules.chroot hook rather than to remove them (Closes: #680763).

This allows to have non-persistent net devices with persistence properly,
see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=680763#10 for more information.

Sleeping for 1 second before after accessing the loop device in order to not fail when removing it right afterwards.
