Let's use isohybrid 6.03 to hybrid our ISO images. We ship syslinux 6.03 in our
own repository. And in that version, isohybrid is shipped in the
syslinux-utils package.

In our lizard manifest, this package is already installed by the
intrigeri module, so we end up with multiple declaration and the
manifest fails to be applied.

This is probably overkill and too much tighten to our perticular setup,
and we shouldn't require someone deploying this infra to use this.

Otherwise the recipe fails when installed from scratch because this
requirement of Vcsrepo[/etc/jenkins_jobs/jobs] is missing.
