Ikiwiki won't render strings, that are marked as fuzzy. So we unfuzz the strings, so the sugestions get rendered in the staging website.

If one translation unit has multiple suggestion, we want to select the one that has the most up-votes. As second sorting parameter, the timestamp is used. python sorted() function is guaranteed to be stable.

Accordingly, I'm removing the -x flag passed to "git clean", otherwise we would delete the .ikiwiki/ directory, which contains the information ikiwiki needs to refresh. This has other side effects, such as leaving POT files around; if that's a problem, we may need to delete them (without using "git clean") in save-suggestions.py.
