Otherwise, we cannot run the test suite on the 3.10.1 tentative ISO.

This can be useful for the "Carefully read the build logs to make sure nothing
bad happened" step, e.g. for comparing the new build log with the one from the
previous release.

The prepared release notes for 3.10 are going to be used to announce
3.10.1 instead.

It's not going to get announced because of a regression found while
testing, but let's mark this version as released anyway.
