Fix imported hu.po: {package} vs. {packages}

I'm not going to do this manually N times, let's automate
this right from the beginning.

As proposed to the RM team and agreed by anonym.

Also, drop conditionals based on Tor Browser 8.5: it seems that the amount
of changes it'll bring is not worth bothering with a RC.

On my screen, "?" was left alone on its own line.

For cards listed in /usr/share/live/config/xserver-xorg/intel.ids,
that is, by default we would force the "intel" X.Org driver,
when things break it might be worth trying to revert to the defaults,
i.e. the "modesetting" X.Org driver.

Hopefully this should not break sajolida's syntax highlighting :)
