This second vulnerability might be harder to exploit without the first
one but its consequences could be as bad.

This "Change" section doesn't bring much and look especially weird in
short release notes.

They donated to RiseupLabs so it's fine.

The ticket in question, #16378, is now resolved.

Like many of the other commands, these require sudo for permission
reasons.

we agreed that partners stay 365 days, so some need to get back into our
current partners.

I.e. non-ethernet packets and things that cannot even be parsed. This
will help us debug refs: #16825.
